This was actually the best Sushi I've ever had.
Handwashing station at a temple in Kyoto
Kyoto Station was amazing.
The cutest little dog was hanging out among the gates.
Eventually the gates do die of old age.
The gates were so dense along this section that they pretty much blocked the sun.
New gates being painted.
Someone forgot to put the stones down for the path going this way.
I followed this bird around for like 5 minutes trying to get a good picture. It was huge!
Not the best picture but these were the cutest construction markers.
These cats had a pretty great view of the sunset.
This temple didn't allow pictures inside. It contained 1001 Kannon statues, more interesting I thought were the 28 attendant statues.
This was my favorite garden. The stone garden has a dragon of wood, moss, and stone winding through it. There are many piles of stones, but at least one is hidden from any given view point by the dragon.
The is the Golden Pavilion, one of the most famous temples in Japan.
Taking pine cones off of a tree is serious work.
This was a display of all of the different kinds of moss used in the Moss Garden.
This was the moss garden which was beautiful.
